Trust / Disclosure

Affiliate disclosure.

CareerRadar is reader-supported. We may earn a commission when you click a link and buy a product. That never changes what we recommend, what we criticize, or how we rank tools.

Applies to reviews, comparison tables, tool recommendations, and outbound commercial links

Plain English

How affiliate links work

1. You click a tool link

Some links point to partners such as resume builders or job-search software products.

2. You may buy later

If you purchase through that link, the vendor may pay CareerRadar a commission.

3. Your price does not change

Affiliate commissions are paid by the vendor. They should not add extra cost for you.

Editorial firewall

What affiliate money cannot buy

Area Rule Why it matters
Rankings Affiliate payout does not determine position. Commercial investigation pages only work if the recommendation is credible.
Scores Scores are based on testing criteria, not commission rates. ATS parsing, job matching, output quality, and risk matter more than vendor incentives.
Cons Every review must include meaningful drawbacks. If a tool is not right for a use case, we say so.
Free tools Tools must deliver value before pushing paid products. The ATS Checker should expose the problem before any affiliate recommendation appears.

Link handling

How commercial links are marked

Where a link is commercial, we mark it with attributes such as rel="sponsored nofollow". This helps search engines and readers understand that the link may be monetized.

Current affiliate URLs are placeholders until each partner program is configured. Replace placeholder links with final tracking URLs before launch.
